Job content

• Set-up of investment funds and managed accounts (in respect of private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate funds or fund-of-funds offerings) including the fund structuring, the drafting of fund offering documents, the negotiations with investors on terms and conditions;
• Support in primary, secondary and co-investment legal due diligence.

Requirements

• Law degree from top university, LLM is a plus;
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in a fund formation role in the financial industry;
• Investment or transaction activity, tax exposure is a plus;
• English on a proficient level (including strong legal drafting skills) with German on a basic level as a plus;
• Strong ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and to manage complex projects with a large number of stakeholders;
• Self-motivated, pro-active, efficient team player with an independent working style, focused on pragmatic results while not leaving details and maintain a strong client service orientation at all times.
