Your tasks:

• You handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and OR and are responsible for account clarifications, reconciliations and documentation
• You take over the demarcation process and develop it further
• In collaboration with your superior, you ensure timely reporting to the group and are responsible for intercompany processes and coordination
• You are responsible for booking and reconciling payroll accounting as well as the interface to the payroll specialist in HR
• You take on cash planning tasks and further develop the evaluations
• You will be involved in diverse areas such as analyses, evaluations and statistics and will drive forward projects to increase processes, efficiency and automation
• You take over the monthly CH VAT billing for some Swiss sites and monitor the legally compliant implementation of the processes
• You support the adjustments and documentation of IKS controls and also carry them out

Your profile:

• You have basic commercial training and have completed specialist further training in the area of finance and accounting (certificate in finance and accounting or similar)
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You are characterized by independent, quality-oriented, precise and conscientious work
• You have an analytical mindset and ideally already have experience in optimizing financial processes
• You are proficient in using MS Office programs and enjoy working with Excel
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and enjoy being involved in process development and supporting the team in its transformation
• You have a very good command of the German language, both spoken and written, and feel confident in English.
