The Analyst Program is a two year full-time employment program, following which outstanding candidates may be given the opportunity to continue their careers at as an Associate. The Analyst Program includes continuous on-the-job learning and training as well as internal and external training modules run in cooperation with specialist education providers.
- As a member of our Swiss-based Multi-Asset team you will be part of a global, agile and diverse team that manages Multi-Asset/Multi-Alternative funds such as our endowment fund.
- Support Senior Portfolio Managers in investment management of Multi-Asset funds and institutional mandates (development into deputy Portfolio Management role);
- Support with portfolio management task including routing trades for funds, direct securities and derivates, currency hedging and cash management
- Liaise with in-house asset-class specific research and investment teams;
- Conduct multi-asset class desk research;
- Collaborate in projects and task related to investment management;
- Support client servicing and business development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance or Economics (incl. MBA);
- Excellent academic credentials, especially in technically demanding subjects or courses;
- Willingness to complete CFA, CAIA, FRM or similar program;
- 1-2 years relevant internship experience, preferably in asset management, investment or private banking;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (incl. VBA), good command of other IT applications;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in German and English, any other additional language preferred;
- Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset.
