Job content

  • Acquisitions, sales and search of residential properties
  • Processing and closing of sales and search mandates of residential properties
  • Expansion and maintenance of customer relations as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events
  • Responsibility for the development, the establishment and expansion of Zurich
  • Monthly analysis of the number of offers and sales of residential properties and proposal of measures to improve and increase orders
  • In collaboration with the supervisor: Define annual targets and set budgets including investments; ensure targets are met

Requirements

  • You have several years of sales as well as acquisition experience with demanding clientele and bring with you your own customer base
  • You are resident in the relevant region and are well networked (Zurich and/or Central Switzerland)
  • You have a commercial education; further education in the real estate business is an advantage 
  • You have an empathic and communicative nature with a winning, confident manner
  • You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of contacts
  • You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion
  • Solid German and very good English skills
