- You ensure that risk tasks are under control and processed efficiently
- Identify and manage risk positions in collaboration with the team and other interfaces
- Ensuring the timely processing of securities relocations between the custodians
- Various reconciliation and reporting obligations in relation to internal accounts, Swiss stamp duty and withholding tax
- Continuous identification of process improvements
- Documentation and description of processes and user manuals
- As a technical expert, work on projects or smaller IT changes
- Supporting the team leader in various tasks
Requirements
- Training as a bank clerk or similar training in the financial industry
- Extensive experience in trade support and settlement, relocation of custodians
- Basic knowledge and experience in other securities areas
- Basic knowledge of reconciliation
- Broad market and product knowledge of financial instruments
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT messages for securities processing and payment transactions
- Experience in project work / robotics is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools is a must
- Affinity for process analysis and improvements
- Experience in risk management post trade and settlement
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both German (C1) and English (C1)
