Project Team Coordinator & Assistant - PMO

Job Description

As a Project Team Assistant in our Private Markets Operations Team you will work on different, complex projects. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Coordinate project team members to keep projects and tasks on track; 
  • Maintain project RAID logs and follow-up with the project team on open items;
  • Plan and schedule project workshops and meetings;
  • Support with the production and filing of project-related correspondence and documentation;
  • Assist with the documentation of business requirements and process improvements;
  • Facilitate the interaction of the project leads between Business and IT.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years working experience as a Project Team assistant, ideally in the financial services/asset management industry or in a leading consulting firm in a delivery role with focus on the financial services sector;
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools;
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, yet a teamplayer; good interpersonal skills;
  • Keen and interested to deep dive in Private Markets operations;
  • Demonstrated affinity for data and information technology;
  • University degree or equivalent in business administration or information systems is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills (orally and written) in English, German is a plus.
