In this role, you will work closely with your local counterparts and with international HR colleagues.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Manager for the implementation of a single HR system (Workday) across the organisation, fitting within the structure of the wider Group.
  • Monitoring and improving data quality and consistency across all HR systems to ensure reliable, consistent, and up-to-date HR data.
  • Developing and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Training and supporting HR colleagues and managers in the use of HRIS and reports
  • Supporting the department with setting up and managing the job matrix, preparing and analysing the annual staff review.
  • Preparing for and participating in employment conditions benchmarks, the calculations for the annual salary review, and leave management.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience within the HR field in a similar role, preferably international

  • Experience with system implementation
  • Good command of Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the AVG/GDPR and international data and privacy legislation
