Talent Acquisition - SuccessFactors

This is where you come in, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert, an independent, results-driven professional who can help us navigate this pivotal moment. You will play a dual role: delivering high-quality, mission-aligned recruitment under pressure, and support to drive the next phase of the rollout of our new Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).

The Talent Acquisition team in the Netherlands currently consists of 2 Talent Acquisition Experts. The team drives all recruitment and employer branding activities in the Netherlands and cooperates with our offices in other countries. The team is also part of the wider HR Centre of Expertise, which includes Co-worker Experience, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion areas.

You will report directly to the Head of HR CoE and cooperate closely with other team members.

Take action:

  • Initiate and lead various recruitment projects;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles in a reorganizing organization;
  • Challenge and advise hiring managers on efficient, mission-aligned hiring;
  • Act as subject matter expert providing insights around labour market specific, candidate sourcing and assessment methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness;
  • Be the ambassador for the values and mission of the brand;
  • Deliver clean documentation and knowledge transfer, no lingering dependencies.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have deep, hands-on experience with SuccessFactors which is a hard requirement;
  • Have experience recruiting under pressure, in transformation or restructuring contexts;
  • Have excellent communication skills and be passionate about people;
  • Have extensive experience in competency-based interviewing;
  • Be a self-starter, who can work independently, is result-oriented and able to plan, manage and execute projects;
  • Act with integrity and honesty, daring to speak up and have difficult conversations when needed;

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle, ideally in the financial / banking sector
  • Good understanding of the local market specifics and the Dutch labour law;
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing and assessment methodologies;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluently in Dutch and English in both speaking and writing.

Duration: 4 Months

Status: Contract/ZZP (32 hours/week)
