Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead the development and communication of the product vision, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
• Engage with Management, key internal stakeholders, and other department heads to ensure the product roadmap reflects long-term goals.
• Develop and execute the product strategy with a focus on scalability, innovation, and market leadership.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, feasibility, and market trends, ensuring high-value features are delivered.
• Engage with internal stakeholders at a deeper level to refine high-priority,complex requirements.
• Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product evolution.
• Propose innovative features and enhancements based on industry insights to maintain a competitive edge.
• Mentor Product Owners & associated team members, providing guidance on best practices within product development.
• Ensure teams work efficiently, delivering on product objectives while adhering to agile principles.
• Be the decision authority in sprint planning, reviews, and release discussions, aligning efforts with strategic goals.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) certification (Preferred).
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner with a proven track record of leading complex products.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA. ProdPad, Harvest or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting advanced market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken preferable).
• Ability to communicate in Thai (written and spoken preferable).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with detail-oriented mindset and knowledge of business processes.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and excellent analytical, time management, problem solving, and people skills.
