Within the division Platform Solutions in Zurich we are looking for a Product Manager.
From strategic to technical implementation, Product Management is responsible for the further development of all platform solutions within the Platform Solutions division with its three primary solutions digital distribution, derifactory and Pension Investments. For the further expansion of our digital distribution platform, we are looking for a Product Manager, who strengthens the highly motivated, interdisciplinary Product Management Team.
Role
- Further development and internationalization of our digital distribution platform and the derifactory (white-labeling) solution
- Contribute to the development and expansion of a fully automated platform for the sale of pension solutions based on our existing digital distribution derifactory platforms
- Close cooperation with sales teams of the respective platforms
- Complex and cross-functional challenges for which solutions are developed and implemented
- Interfacing with your own Agile development team within Product Management
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary management of implementation projects within investment banking
- Hands-on tasks such as creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, etc.
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative user research and usability tests
Requirements
- Many years of experience in various areas within the financial industry or management consulting
- Sound knowledge of investment products is an advantage
- Division, function and regional project management
- Experience in UX/interaction design and agile frameworks, for example, SCRUM advantage
- University or college degree in business administration or engineering
- Additional training in the financial sector, such as CFA, AZEK beneficial
- High self-motivation, commitment, resilience and team orientation
- Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyzes
- Self-employed and entrepreneurial personality with a winning appearance and pronounced "fintech-thinking"
- Very good knowledge of German and English, French of advantage
