Your Tasks
- You will be in contact with our internal customers and process inquiries about our core applications for Business Process Management (BPM) and their processes. All inquiries are documented in a ticket system.
- You will become a part of a young, dynamic and international team assisting our various customers with support requests and service requests.
- In the area of ERP, you will support our users in using the systems for time tracking (Replicon), expense management (SAP Concur), procurement (Coupa) and engagement management/finance management (SAP S/4HANA). Our processes for project setup and management, accounting/dunning and quality control are particularly relevant here.
- You will maintain close contact with the various application managers and will be involved in system/software updates. You help with the design of new processes, their documentation and the continuous maintenance of the internal knowledge management system.
- You will develop your technical and personal skills through regular feedback and on-the-job training. You have the opportunity to work on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- You have commercial training and ideally already have some experience in support.
- Your service-oriented personality allows you to quickly respond to the needs and concerns of your internal customers.
- You have a good understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and processes. Specific experience with the applications mentioned (e.g. SAP) is an advantage, but not a must.
- You have a quick comprehension and an analytical approach. This allows you to quickly find your way around our technical applications, business processes and guidelines.
- You don't shy away from challenges and take on responsibility.
- You want to learn in a dynamic working environment and make your contribution to the success of the team. You are fluent in German and English.
