Role
In this project assignment, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will drive and be responsible for multiple recruitment processes – together with the responsible manager.
We primarily recruit for positions within R&D (mainly tech based roles). You will therefore need to understand the process and also coach the managers and other stakeholders in the talent supply chain within the Group.
Tasks also include; working with improvement initiatives within the team for R&D. We will be implementing a new global process and HR-system, which means that the consultant will be part of the change journey and need to learn a system which is entirely new to the team. It is therefore important to be able to handle working in a pressurised environment and be effective in communicating with candidates, managers and other colleagues.
The person will need to be in place in Södertälje 2-3 times a week and there is a realistic possibility of a contract extension.
Required
- Bachelor Degree within HR or equivalent (otherwise more experience within TA)
- Good knowledge in both Swedish and English (both verbal and written)
- Experience of recruited tech-roles
