ESG Report Specialist

We are looking for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team and take a leading role across sustainability reporting. 

As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will act as the central point of contact and coordination for the Group sustainability reporting and will be given the tools to develop the function further. You will work together with internal and external stakeholders across the spectrum of ESG data, regulation and our investment products to drive the execution of well thought out sustainability reports. In addition, you will be involved in various projects on other sustainability related topics.

The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of sustainability reporting across the Group, both at the corporate level and within our business lines (private markets, liquid alternatives and multi-assets), contributing with strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and capability of draft and write accurately on the most complex ESG topics for a demanding audience.

As a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Prepare, lead and narrate our corporate sustainability reporting;
  • Further develop our target framework for sustainability reporting to drive execution of reports and ensure favourable business outcomes;
  • Interpret, analyse and implement both new and existing sustainability reporting requirements, which include our ESG report, CSRD, TCFD, NZAM, etc.;
  • Ability to act independently to create content and to generate client-friendly material built on sound ESG knowledge;
  • Participation in ESG working groups and committees;
  • Maintain partnerships with industry and reporting standard bodies;
  • Stay on top of future requirements around sustainability reporting and identify target processes to facilitate implementation of such reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree from a reputable university, preferable in law, communications and/ or sustainability areas;
  • High affinity for the topic of sustainability and interest in finance, respectively experience in these topics/ areas;
  • Sustainability reporting, project management and familiarity with various ESG regulatory initiatives and standards desirable;
  • Knowledge of reporting frameworks such as CSRD/TCFD/ GRI/NFRD/EU Taxonomy/STBI/SFDR is a bonus;
  • Very good MS Office skills;
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, high service orientation, flexibility as well as communication skills and general legal understanding of ESG.
