Accountant

Job content

  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support;
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to local GAAP and IFRS;
  • Timely recording of the individual transactions in the sub-ledgers;
  • Preparation of periodic/ad-hoc evaluations and analyses;
  • Assistance in preparing internal and external reports;
  • Assistance in preparing the budget;
  • Cooperation with internal (worldwide) and external bodies;
  • Varied and demanding tasks in a dynamic area.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a clerk in accounting or equivalent training;
  • Professional experience in finance and accounting;
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Abacus is an advantage;
  • Structured, independent and precise work as well as quick comprehension;
  • Good manners with employees from different areas and countries;
  • Enjoyment in new subject areas and the will to continuous further development.
