Role
- Help the Cybersecurity practice by shaping and developing our cyber cloud vision, being an active part of our Cybersecurity leadership team.
Your Tasks
- You are part of the Cybersecurity leadership team and will actively take actions to strive your cyber cloud service portfolio forward.
- You are in a leading position as the cyber cloud security service portfolio manager, driving and coordinating all streams including budget responsibility.
- You actively enhance customer relationships, and you will be internally and externally well known as a trusted advisor for our cyber cloud solutions.
- You are part of our EMEA cloud practice, and you actively promote our cyber cloud services on the market.
- You actively take responsibility in coaching and developing your team members on their career path. Additionally, you actively contribute to our team growth strategy.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT / Business IT or similar education. Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM are an asset.
- You are a leader in a management position with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Having worked primarily on consulting-related assignments, preferably on cyber cloud or digital transformation technologies.
- You can demonstrate a proven track record of working in Cybersecurity programs from initial assessment through the design & build of core security capabilities, including planning as well as execution.
- You have strong presentation, project management and delivery skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities underlined with relevant project methodology certificates (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe, PRINCE2, IPMA or PMP).
- Any cloud security related reference papers and publications are a plus.
