We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IAM Practice Leader for the expansion of our implementation and consulting services in the area of Digital Identity.

Your tasks

  • You will be part of the Cyber Security leadership team and you will lead a young and dynamic Digital Identity team. You will lead our growth journey, identify sales opportunities, attract new clients, work on RfPs, help our customers to securely build up Digital Identity capabilities and will be internally and externally well known as a trusted advisor for our Digital Identity solutions.
  • You take responsibility and lead the Digital Identity team, act as a role model, contribute to our team growth strategy and support team member's career development. You work together within a team of experts and a global network, and you will be part of a supportive, friendly and flexible work environment.
  • You are in a leading position as an engagement manager for IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects, become the trusted advisor of our clients and be accountable for the project delivery. Further, you will be responsible to manage partnerships with Digital Identity vendors.
  • You will simultaneously work on multiple client engagements of varying size, scope and complexity from proposal, planning, definition to execution. As such you will be responsible for all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to execution.
  • You will consult your clients during their journey of Digital Identity programs on strategic, tactical, operational, and technical Digital Identity subjects.

Requirements

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Cyber Security and Privacy with a focus on Digital Identity, IAM, Identity Governance, Access Management or PAM. You have a master's or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification. Any further certificates such as CISSP, CISM, SSCP are a plus.
  • You have worked within a consulting environment or security department. You have led local, global, and virtual teams before and have acted as a career coach.
  • You have experience on governmental, processual, infrastructural, and technological topics relevant for Digital Identity.
  • You have a deep technical understanding and hands on experience in various Digital Identity technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft and Saviynt.
  • You are familiar with the principles of access management as well as authentication and authorisation solutions.
  • You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of technical and business expertise of management and staff. English is mandatory; German and French are a plus
