We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thinking Associate to join our Private Equity Secondaries Investment Team to be based nearby the Zurich area. Due to the team setup, we welcome diverse applications.

Job information

• Associate position in Secondary Private Equity transaction team based nearby the Zurich area (Switzerland) responsible for Private Equity secondary transactions, incl. sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring;
• Active team member providing support in secondary transactions project management, including industry research and business analysis; financial analysis and modeling, transaction underwriting and execution;
• Support in preparing documentation for the investment committee;
• Involvement in all aspects of the Private Equity Secondary investment team’s tasks;
• Work in constant collaboration with global teams across our investment hubs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in private equity, transaction services, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting;
• University degree (masters) in business, management, finance, engineering or other major with MBA from a top university;
• Strong analytical skills including business and sector analysis with good commercial sense;
• Strong financial skills and understanding of financial statements;
• Strong command of Excel, orientation to detail;
• Proficient English is a prerequisite, any additional language is a plus;
• Ability to work on several time-constrained projects at the same time;
• Team player.
