  • Ensuring the smooth, ready-to-day processing of worldwide deposits and deliveries free of payment for equities, bonds, structured products and traditional funds
  • Organization and monitoring of the day-to-day business as well as compliance with the daily routine and the optimal use of resources
  • Technical and personal management of a team
  • Responsible for the processing and completion of various clarifications
  • Active risk management
  • Contact person for internal and external stakeholders and interfaces
  • Active improvement of workflows including documentation
  • Participation in projects including test activities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the securities area (especially in the delivery business)
  • Leadership experience
  • Good comprehension and high level of commitment
  • Networked, analytical mindset
  • Communicative personality who likes to work in an international environment
  • High quality and service standards
  • Reliable, efficient and precise way of working
  • Team player and resilient personality
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
