Job content
- Take leadership in coordinating fundraising processes for private markets (private equity, private credit) funds and separate accounts through a close dialogue with senior members of the investment and fundraising teams;
- Develop and maintain materials across various private markets offerings; especially presentations and due diligence questionnaires;
- Thoroughly analyze portfolio developments to prepare materials for existing and prospective clients;
- Compose market and portfolio analysis;
- Collect market intelligence, including fundraising strategies of competitors, industry best practices and relevant private markets market data;
- Work closely together with the investment management, operations, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent communication and data output;
- Coordinate with investment professionals to maintain high-level portfolio company data;
- Respond to requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of prior work experience, preferably within an investment bank, international asset management firm or placement agent;
- Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or similar subject;
- Excellent English writing and communication skills; familiarity with another language is preferred;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required;
- Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Pro-active and motivated team player.
