Job content

• Process investment capital calls and distributions, wire payment confirmations;
• Maintain Treasury System with internal and external data;
• Interaction with external parties such as general partners and banks;
• Support the inbound data processing team;
• Provide assistance on projects to automate the handling of incoming data;
• Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading);
• Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents;
• Management of centralized email inboxes;
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• KV or higher degree in business administration, accounting or finance;
• Prior working experience of 2+ years in financial services industry, preferably in funds and/or treasury;
• Committed individual who is eager to learn, precise and accurate working style while able to deal with pressure;
• Good English communication skills used in professional setting (written and oral), German an asset.
