Your main tasks in this role within the Private Markets Operations team include:

• Analysis of complex financial reports received from Private Equity fund managers;
• Working with private equity managers to define processes and data requests;
• Maintenance of private equity portfolio company database;
• Take ownership of the company data base core data model;
• Interact with Investment Management team;
• Quality assurance of work products prepared by the team;
• Reparation of data for investors’ reporting and presentations;
• Processing of client inquiries.

Requirements

• Business administration, Accounting or Corporate Finance related degree;
• Private Equity Investment Management experience or CFA or similar qualification is required;
• Working experience in the financial industry (internships or similar roles) and/or private equity would be an asset;
• Strong affinity to analyze and work with data; data modelling skills are a plus;
• Analytical and high focus on detail combined with an ability to work towards challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and German;
• Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel;
• Experience in Python, PowerBI would be a plus;
• Pro-active and motivated team player.
