Your tasks

• You manage the Eastern Switzerland region of our Legal chapter and continue to expand the business.
• You are responsible for the care of existing customers and actively participate in the acquisition of new customers.
• You mainly deal with questions relating to contract and corporate law and, if required, also work in other areas of law such as M&A, real estate law and private clients.
• You are part of a team of specialized lawyers and legal experts and work closely and interdisciplinary with other service areas (taxes, deals, consulting or auditing) domestically and abroad.
• You help to expand the team and act as a role model for junior team members.
  

Requirements

• You have a law degree with good qualifications and are admitted to the bar in Switzerland. Ideally, you have also acquired a legal qualification abroad (LL.M.).
• You have already worked as a lawyer in the field of commercial law for at least 4 years and are very interested in expanding your specialist knowledge in the field of contract and corporate law as well as M&A.
• You are a team player and may have already gained experience in a management position.
• You are open, dynamic, customer and team-oriented and think analytically and entrepreneurially.
• You have very good communication skills in German and English.
• You see yourself as a specialist consultant and have the ability to manoeuvre skilfully in the market both independently and in a team.
