PMO - Business Analyst & Process Engineer

  • Act as member of project teams within all Private Markets areas;
  • Support & perform Private Markets business requirements analysis and process engineering;
  • Help to build up process analysis, engineering and documenting capability and standards;
  • Facilitate process workshops to elicit process requirements;
  • Liaise with process owners and participants to manage process change;
  • Document processes using business process modelling notations (BPMN, CMMN, DMN);
  • Responsible to drive assigned improvement, changes and efficiency gains;
  • Support the interaction of business and IT.

Requirements

  • University degree in information technology, business administration or equivalent;
  • Experience in Private Markets; masters or post graduate in Banking & Finance;
  • Working experience in financial services company or with a leading consulting firm, previous experience in asset management is a plus;
  • Proven business analysis skills;
  • Demonstrated ability in process engineering;
  • Driven personality with eagerness to solve problems, improve processes;
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently;
  • Fluency in English and German;
  • Excellent presentation and communication (orally and written) skills.

*Offices located approx. 35 mins from Central Zurich.
