Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and oversight of Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing frameworks throughout our Life businesses.
• Conduct expert reviews and provide guidance on complex cases, delivering high-quality underwriting advice.
• Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, underwriting methodologies, and analytics usage to drive greater consistency and positive results across markets.
• Build local underwriting expertise through tailored training, technical support, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Undertake technical underwriting and portfolio evaluations to identify emerging risks and recommend effective improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting within life, disability, or health insurance/reinsurance; actuarial background is considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in Group Underwriting is essential.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and analytics, with proven capacity to translate technical findings into actionable underwriting recommendations.
• Experience collaborating across different markets and cultures within an international context.
• Thorough knowledge of group protection products and scheme underwriting concepts.
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are beneficial.
