Assignment description

In the role of system architect, the expert is responsible for the design of the technical entirety of the system and guiding the implementation.

The duties of an architect include:

• Design and description of the system as a whole
• Designing and describing the solution
• Backlog management, use cases and tasks maintenance
• Guiding and supporting the work of teams
• Ensure that the implemented entity corresponds to it's set architectural principles
• Introductory training for experts and journalists on the whole and to the technical entity
• Participation in system failures and errors to find and fix
• Preventive system development
• Documentation of work
• Maintenance and supplementation of developer and architectural guidelines
• Supporting workload estimates and reporting
• Supporting risk management
• Supporting the planning of increments and sprints
• Planning and supporting exports to production
• Cooperation with ORK and various stakeholders
• Physically participates in incremental planning (2 days) for 10 weeks intervals.

The system architect participates in the transition according to the transition plan.
