Director, Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation

As Director, you will oversee a global delivery team and contribute as a key member of problem solvers focused on resolving intricate cybersecurity concerns from strategy through execution. You will play a critical role in advancing our cybersecurity practice, particularly within Manufacturing, Pharma, and Industrial Products sectors.

You will pursue and execute large-scale transformation programs that address clients' security needs, including Supply Chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services initiatives globally. Advisory responsibilities encompass defining Target Operating Models to manage IT-OT convergence and assembling high-performing teams to further our growth trajectory.

Key Deliverables:

  • Design and realize complex security transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Security to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Establish enduring strategic relationships with clients and vendors to support business expansion.
  • Develop and nurture a global delivery team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial products industries.
  • Proven involvement in global cybersecurity disciplines including Supply Chain Security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber Strategy, Assessments and Transformations, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management, Incident Response, Monitoring, or relevant regulatory frameworks (NIS2, EU CRA, etc.).
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including effective team building in multicultural environments.
  • Extensive experience in business development or strategic account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in leading and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in Security, OT, and Manufacturing.
  • Capability to propose prototype concepts and proof-of-concept solutions for clients.
  • Effective communication, interaction, and influence with operational stakeholders and partners.
  • Consistent delivery of innovative solutions and demonstration of positive customer outcomes; prior consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS, etc.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP) are desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • At least ten years of work experience within Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial Products environments.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
