The Head of Proposal Management monitor the entire proposal process, collaborating with engagement teams to enhance business development for strategic pursuits. This role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. You'll work closely with client service partners to secure more work for our corporate business. Your Impact

• Manage Resources, take ownership of intake process and coaching junior managers, and support their professional development.
• Develop a strategy for large global clients, standardize pursuit processes, and drive client relationship development.
• Contribute to pricing discussions, ensuring value for both the firm and the client.
• Act as a sparring partner for client-side tender teams and provide project management support.
• Obtain client feedback, analyze decision-making criteria, and lead strategic messaging development.
• Manage business development support, oversee information flow, and share best practices across business development teams.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, sales, communications or journalism.
• Minimum of five years of work experience with expertise in pursuing and winning sales strategies.
• Experience in strategic projects, consulting and professional services, with a focus on business development.
• Innovative and proactive approach while maintaining structured and pragmatic work methods.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, team leadership experience and strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Determination to excel in the market, elevate team exposure, and effectively communicate success stories. Fluent in both English and German, with knowledge of French as a plus.
