Senior L&D Manager

You will be responsible for:

Learning & Development:

  • Support design and development process of L&D programs internally with external partners (Business schools, external consultants, etc.);
  • Manage and complete projects related to the L&D activity;
  • Organize seminars and workshops including facilitators and participants related activities;
  • Participate in the coordination and monitoring of L&D activities;
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor the annual training calendar to achieve planned annual development plans;
  • Develop and ensure L&D programs delivery in collaboration with the HR Business Partners, the internal business lines and external facilitators as applicable;
  • Carry out end of training evaluation to assess the impact of training programs conducted for assessment of skills transfer;
  • Optimize and track the training budget utilization for effective ROI reporting.

Talent Management:

  • Support the process of performance management including communication, information sharing and supporting employees needs from all units;
  • Support the company’s development of talent which includes support for design and implementation of talent management process and roll out across organization;
  • Advise line managers in implementing performance and talent management agenda;
  • Manage and complete projects related to the performance and talent management activities;
  • In collaboration with the HR Business Partner, support the career development program through involvement in career development conversations.

Culture:

  • Support the review and implementation of company’s values and behaviours and ensure embedment of these in all internal initiatives and programs;
  • Promote and implement various learning methods in line with L&D strategy (Instructor led training, Digital Learning, Coaching and Mentoring);
  • Manage and complete projects related to the culture activities.

Requirements

  • Basic Education: Commercial education or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Psychology preferred);
  • Further Education: HR-focused further education preferred (Additional qualifications in Project Management or Training highly desirable);

Work Experience

  • At least of 5-7 years in a similar role;
  • Knowledge and skills in HR process and system knowledge, and a good sense of design are necessary. Applicants should also demonstrate up-to-date HR knowledge;
  • Self-organized, reliable, resilient, adaptable, precise, analytical, and conceptually minded, with a good sense of design, a generalist, 'hands-on' approach, and excellent time management abilities;
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills in English. Should display a high level of customer orientation and service mindset, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering high quality;
  • Very good MS Office skills are required, especially in Power Point and Excel. User experience in Workday is desirable.
