Receptionist 

Job Description

  • Maintain meeting schedule of senior management (organize meetings, prepare documents/presentation material for the meetings, write meeting minutes for internal meetings);
  • Service onsite client meetings (set up meeting room, welcome clients, serve beverages/coffee, arrange food for lunch meetings);
  • Manage group mailbox, maintain business contact data base;
  • Update standard presentation material (MS Office suite);
  • Responsible for office management (expense and invoice management, phone coverage for team, etc.);
  • Organize/plan business trips (booking of flights, hotels, transfers, arranging visas, etc.);
  • Organize team events, off-site meetings, workshops, etc.;
  • Additional support in project-related work (ad-hoc tasks).

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship with 2 - 5 years relevant working experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient English and German language skills;
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office (MS Teams, Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Work experience in insurance/reinsurance, asset management or banking sector of advantage;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities;
  • Confidence to work independently combined with a proactive and goal-oriented way of way working.

Location: Zurich and nearby Zurich area (Approx. 35 mins from Zurich HB)

Capacity: 60-80%, Part-time (job share)
