The CSLM (Client Services Liquid Markets) team acts between the various liquid markets investment management teams (hedge funds, quantitative investment strategies, ILS, multi-assets/multi-alternatives) and relationship managers located globally.

The team is responsible for the preparation of marketing materials, responding to client requests and DDQs, and data or portfolio modelling. The team also supports new product development and helps identify and execute on strategic initiatives across the Group.

Role

• Preparation of marketing materials and pitch presentations;
• Develop and use the knowledge of proprietary (data) systems to fulfil both quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc client requests;
• Prepare data analysis, dissecting track records, modelling portfolios to uncover valuable insights;
• Design and continuously fine-tune client mandate reports and presentations to reflect the dynamic nature of financial markets;
• Leading the creation of customized client presentations and bespoke client analysis;
• Collaborate with the investment management teams to prepare timely responses to ad-hoc requests from existing/potential clients and relationship managers;
• Play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives within our liquid markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, economics or finance;
• A minimum of 3 year’s work experience in a similar role, with an international asset management firm or an investment bank;
• Good understanding of alternative investments (especially hedge funds);
• Excellent MS Office skills required, in particular, Excel and Powerpoint
• CFA/CAIA would be a plus;
• Good analytical skills, especially in financial market analysis;
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, German would be a plus;
• Highly motivated personality, flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability;
• Ability to multi-task and work on several tasks simultaneously.
