Job Description
As a member of our Investment Structuring team, you will be part of an agile and diverse team playing an active role in shaping our liquid and semi-liquid product offerings. Being guided by our broader corporate strategy and a constantly changing regulatory landscape, you will contribute to new and innovative product initiatives as well as help maintain and further develop our existing suite of products.
This role will see you:
- Design and implement structuring solutions globally to meet the specific investment, legal, regulatory and tax needs of our clients with a focus on our Luxembourg-domiciled securitization platform;
- Contribute to a diverse range of projects which impact our comingled investment funds, certificates, dedicated client mandates, managed accounts, SPVs and other investment vehicles;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of key legal and regulatory topics related to securitization, in particular under Luxembourg law;
- Manage external counterparties such as law firms, lenders, administrators, custodians, brokerage firms and other service providers by negotiating commercial and legal agreements and other contracts;
- Coordinate with a wide range of internal teams such as investment management, client relationship management, middle-office, risk & compliance and legal.
Requirements
- University graduate in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Law with excellent credentials;
- Analytical mindset with outstanding problem solving skills;
- Strong communicator who is able to explain and discuss complex ideas and concepts clearly and succinctly with a broad audience;
- Complete and confident fluency in written and spoken English;
- Ideally 3-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a strong grasp of knowledge of securitization structures, in particular with respect to such platforms domiciled in Luxembourg.
