Financial Ops Business Analyst/Change Manager

  • Analysis of current processes and development of solutions in cooperation with IT and other specialist departments
  • Creation of specifications, test cases, plans, etc. and all necessary measures for successful implementation
  • Coordination and central point of contact for external data suppliers such as SIX, Bloomberg, WM Datenservice
  • Assumption of technical business responsibility for a subject area including implementation and documentation
  • Responsible for the invoices, volume controls, statistics of the external data suppliers
  • Develop and maintain banking documents such as documentation, processes, etc
  • Supporting our FI teams in Singapore and Luxembourg
  • Support and further development of the existing Access/Excel solutions

Requirements

  • A commercial qualification within finance and/or banking
  • Experience in the role of Business Analyst/Change Manager
  • Basic understanding of banking and securities
  • Very good IT know-how including SQL and MS Visual Basic
  • Reliable, precise and independent way of working
  • Team player and resilient personality
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to be on call at the end of the month – if required
