Your tasks
- You lead innovative client projects in the field of Change Management, Organizational Design & Cultural Transformation.
- You advise on organizational transformation programs in preparing, responding and managing the people side of change applying state-of-the-art methods and tools.
- You develop, design and implement fit for future target operating models to address the future of work and digital disruption and enable our clients to meet their strategic ambitions - from individual business units up to entire organizational models.
- You guide clients to tap the power of their cultures and unlock its strengths to boost and create sustainable transformations.
- You infuse a new way of working, design and facilitate co-creation sessions for our clients to learn and work in an agile and adaptive way.
- You take an active role in the expansion of a top tier People & Organization consulting team and work in an energetic, dynamic international environment.
Requirements
- You have at least a Bachelor university degree
- You have min. 5 years of work experience in the field of business transformation, change management consulting, incl. relevant project management experience.
- You manage project topics independently and you proactively lead business development initiatives always searching for the best, innovative and practical solution.
- You are a strong analytical thinker with bold ideas and a creative mind applying agile working practices as design thinking, rapid prototyping, SAFe, scrum, etc.
- You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients, help to extend our client network and grow your specific industry and functional expertise.
- You are fluent in German and English to facilitate workshops and communicate with impact.
